Connecting WigWag + Shopify
WigWag and Shopify have made sure that activating WigWag on your store is very simple.
Before you get started:
Make sure you have an activated WigWag Account - check out this handy guide to get going if not
Once your WigWag account is verified, simply click the button below and the install process will start.
You will be redirected to your Shopify store to activate the WigWag app.
Click Activate to enable WigWag on your store.
Process refunds on Shopify
With WigWag you can process refunds directly on your Shopify orders page.
Scroll to the order you wish to refund and open it.
Click Refund at the top right-hand corner to open the Refund panel.
WigWag enables you to refund an order completely or partially.
Enter the amount you want to refund and confirm the refund.
WigWag will then process the refund to your customer.
The refund will appear as pending in your order timeline.
Important to note:
It takes 3-12 working days for your customer to receive the refund
WigWag will update your order when the refund is completed
The refund amount is taken from your WigWag Balance, therefore it is important to ensure your WigWag Balance is sufficient to cover any refunds.
Withdrawing your funds
WigWag offers both standard and instant withdrawals to your bank account. You have the power to choose how and when funds get paid to your bank account.
Log in to your WigWag dashboard
Click the Withdraw button
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Decide if you want the withdrawal to be standard or instant by toggling the switch
Confirm your withdrawal and the money will be sent to your bank account
