For every sale that is completed using a WigWag, you'll see your "Total Sales" on your dashboard increase.

This should not be confused with your WigWag balance.

Your WigWag balance is the total funds available to you to withdraw to your bank account.

It's your total sales minus the processing fees.

Every day at 8 pm WigWag will reconcile all your successful sales for the day. These funds then become available as part of your WigWag balance 24 hours later.

Any transactions processed after 8 pm are considered to be part of the next day's transactions.

Due to the limitations of our banking partners, weekend transactions are credited to your WigWag Balance 48 hours after they are processed.

For example, if a transaction is processed at 4pm on a Saturday the funds will be added to your WigWag Balance on Monday.
