With WigWag you can easily keep track of whether you've been paid or not.
When a Customer uses your Checkout link a Sale is created in your Sales tab with the status Pending.
The Sale also includes the Customer's name, the Reference, the Amount and any other details you've opted to collect like the Customer's Contact or Delivery details.
The status will update depending on based on whether the customer has completed the payment or not.
The different payment statuses you'll see and their meanings are:
Payment Status | Meaning |
Pending | A sale/payment has been is created and awaiting payment |
Paid | The customer has made the payment |
Settled | The money from the payment has been added to your WigWag Balance minus the processing fees |
