It can sometimes be confusing to for both merchants and customers to keep track of payments.
That's why with WigWag each payment requires a custom reference.
There are two options when choosing a reference for a payment:
Customer Set Reference
When a customer clicks on your Checkout link they will be directed to enter the amount they owe you and the reference for the payment.
You Set the Reference
You can also choose to set the reference by using the Link Builder by navigating to the the Checkout tab and entering the reference and amount.
