You've heard the exciting news of WigWag rebranding to Stitch Express. The change will allow WigWag (or now Stitch Express) to leverage the full technical resources of our parent company, Stitch but ensure we focus on serving you our merchants.
However, change can be scary! So, we've compiled a comprehensive guide on how the changes may affect you.
How you use WigWag (Stitch Express)
Your WigWag payment link, which looks like this:
just.wigwag.me/[yourbusinessname]
Will change to the new Stitch Express domain:
express.stitch.money/[yourbusinessname]
You can begin using the new Payment Link immediately and get paid directly to your account as normal.
However, please note for month after the rebrand to accommodate any legacy links, we will redirect any users from the old link to the new link.
WigWag (Stitch Express) Dashboard
Your WigWag dashboard will change - for the better! The dashboard will update during this month to the Stitch colours.
Your current login details will remain the same and you will not be asked to create a new account.
WigWag will also begin redirecting you to our new web home - express.stitch.money

The people you speak to and how they support you at WigWag will not change. You can still reach out to the familiar faces with any questions, concerns or requests.
