You've heard the exciting news of WigWag rebranding to Stitch Express. The change will allow WigWag (or now Stitch Express) to leverage the full technical resources of our parent company, Stitch but ensure we focus on serving you our merchants.
However, change can be scary! So, we've compiled a comprehensive guide on how the changes may affect you.
WigWag (Stitch Express) on your store
There is no change to how you accept payments on your Shopify store and no action is required from you.
The way you:
get paid will not change
the customised name on your checkout will not change
the payment methods you have available will not change
you can still refund directly from your Shopify dashboard
WigWag (Stitch Express) Dashboard
Your WigWag dashboard will change - for the better! The dashboard will update during this month to the Stitch colours.
Your current login details will remain the same and you will not be asked to create a new account.
WigWag will also begin redirecting you to our new web home - express.stitch.money

The people you speak to and how they support you at WigWag will not change. You can still reach out to the familiar faces with any questions, concerns or requests.
