There will be instances when a subscription payment fails. This can happen for several reasons - such as a user's bank balance is low or their card has expired.
If the subscription fails it will enter a FAILED state.
WigWag will then retry the payment once a day until the payment is successful for a maximum of 3 days.
After 3 days, the subscription will be cancelled and a new subscription will need to be created and authorised by the user to initiate any additional payments.
