Adding WigWag as your payment partner on WordPress is really easy.
Follow the handy guide below to get started and you'll be accepting payments on your website in no time.
Before you get started:
Make sure you have an activated WigWag Account - check out this handy guide to get going if not
Check that you're running the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress
Now let's get going!
Step 1:
Login to your WordPress Site
Using the left-hand menu bar navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin
Use the Search Bar to search for WigWag
Click through to the WigWag Plugin page
On the WigWag Plugin page, click the
Install and ActivatebuttonThe Plugin will begin the installation process automatically
Click Manage Your Plugin to head to the list of Installed Plugins on your WordPress site
Scroll down until you see the WigWag Plugin in the directory
Click through to the Plugin Settings page
Go into your WigWag Dashboard and navigate to your Account page
Copy your WigWag Client ID and Secret
While you're here add the below redirect URL
[YourStoreURL]/index.php
Head back to the Plugin Settings page on WordPress
Input your WigWag Client ID and Secret into the appropriate fields
Click Save and you're ready to get transacting!
